As a catalyst for change in people and processes, I have guided organisations in both the public and private sectors through transformative journeys. By utilising lateral and design thinking, along with my expertise in strategic design, transformation and business development, I often support and coach management teams and CEOs.

I excel at driving cross-functional collaborations and empowering teams to reach their full potential. This has enabled me to work across a variety of organisations and roles in design, development, technology, and urban regeneration.

The vision for RiverCity Gothenburg (Älvstaden), the largest urban development programme in Scandinavia, have celebrated its 10th anniversary. I served as the Head of Information and Design for the project, where we co-created the vision alongside the citizens and politicians of Gothenburg. It’s truly rewarding to witness this vision being brought to life in Älvstaden.
